As a designer, manufacturer and supplier of Industrial Oil Coolers, Water Radiators, Charge Air Coolers and Specialist Heat Exchangers, GDM offer a full range of manufacturing and reconditioning services. From concept design to scheduled or unexpected maintenance and overhaul, GDM offer a long term cooling solution with a view to maximising cooler life in service.

A very successful and long lasting relationship with Stafford University coincided with already existing expertise and state of the art in-house R&D equipment, allow GDM to remain at the forefront of any technological heat transfer advances. With raw data available at our disposal it has allowed GDM to create and successfully implement a Thermal Prediction Program into the design process, further verifying heat transfer concepts and proposals.
As of January 2016 the most recent commitment to offering heat transfer solutions, is the declaration and implementation of our fully functional aluminium brazing oven. The GDM Plate & Bar core product that is manufactured in the oven is unique to the UK and allows GDM to further enhance the status of being able to offer OEM specification aluminium coolers. This unparalleled investment in machinery, raw material product knowledge and staff training enables GDM to remain at the forefront of cooler design and manufacturing. As with preexisting products which are still available, the GDM Plate & Bar product fully compliments the approach to being responsive and attentive to any inquiries. Singular or multiple cooler builds can be accommodated allowing for single figure builds, prototyping and batch production.
The fully equipped GDM machine shop, inclusive of a CNC punch allows for all key components to be manufactured, fabricated or machined in-house, reducing the need for sub contracting of parts. This results in a full turn key operation, promoting a streamline manufacturing process where the objective of hitting targets and pre agreed production commitments always remains. Having the globally recognised ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System accreditation allows all GDM clientele to have a sustained confidence in the products and services provided.
