Off Line Air Blown Oil Cooler.
GDM’s pump range (GDPU) of air blown oil coolers come complete with their own integral pump for safer offline cooling. They are ideal for systems where there are variations or frequent fluctuations of pressure in the return line, as often found on presses and other rapid cycling systems. By installing GDM’s off line air blown oil cooler, pressure fluctuations are eliminated and downtime reduced.
The GDPU range of air blown oil coolers are fitted with standard aluminium radiators, with working pressures of up to 20 Bar. The oil coolers are fitted with a 3 Phase, 50Hz metric frame motor (to IP55 Protection) with single phase, 60Hz motors offered as an optional requirement.Click here for more information on models and specifications. AC Electric Drive Air Blown Oil Cooler.
All three types of air blown oil coolers come fitted with standard aluminium radiators with working
pressures of 7 Bar, 13 Bar & 20 Bar.
GDM’s AC electric drive air blown oil coolers (GDAC) are fitted with low power fan/motor units with the option of single phase or 3 phase motors. All have a duel cycle of 50Hz/60Hz motors as standard. Versions with metric frame motors can be manufactured to incorporate the usual options of Eexd and Atex approved etc.

Hydraulic Range of Air Blown Oil Coolers
GDM’s hydraulic range of air blown oil coolers
(GDHY) are fitted with a simple 2 port aluminium motor as standard, with the outlet returning to the tank unrestricted. The Hydraulic motors are selected to minimise loss of power so the flow and pressure can be drawn from the main power line. Other motor options can be manufactured including ATEX and Cast iron versions.
